Dear PhD Student!

Please be informed that between 1st July 2024 and 16th August 2024 the summer work schedule will be introduced in the Doctoral Office (Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) During this period our office is only available via email at doktoriiskola@etk.pte.hu.

Documents can be handed in (in an addressed envelope/box) at the reception of Building ‘A’ Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

We would also like to inform you that the Doctoral Office's administration (personal, telephone and electronic) won’t be available from 19th August till 25th August 2024 due to staff summer break, and according to the joint order of the Rector-Chancellor-KK President no. 2/2024. work will be suspended due to staff summer breaks at all Faculties of the University between 5th August and 9th August 2024.

As of August 26. 2024, the staff of the Doctoral Office will be at your disposal on the usual days and times.
