Dear Students!
It became clear today that the novel coronavirus epidemic is entering the group infection phase, meaning that the new source of infection concerning the newly identified cases cannot be determined with certainty. Younger people often produce mild symptoms or can even be symptom-free carriers of the virus, therefore – considering the peculiar virulence of the disease – may pose significant threat to the elders of our community. Consequently, it is our responsibility to protect our loved ones and pay special attention to our environment!

Mára bebizonyosodott, hogy a járvány a csoportos megbetegedések fázisába lép, az újonnan megjelenő eseteknél már nem feltétlenül visszakövethető a fertőzés forrása. A fiatalok tünetmentes hordozóként vagy enyhe tünetek mellett – a vírus különösen erős fertőzőképessége miatt – közvetlen életveszélyt jelenthetnek a társadalom idősebb tagjaira, így a saját, idősebb rokonaikra is, ezért közös felelősségünk, hogy óvjuk szeretteinket és a környezetünket!

Please be informed that, due to the state of emergency declared by the Government, I reschedule the spring semester of the academic year 2019/2020 at every Faculty of the University of Pécs and order spring break from 16 March 2020 to 22 March 2020.

Dear PhD Student,
The Doctoral School of Health Sciences of the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs organizes a complex exam for those PhD students, who enrolled in our new four-year doctoral programme, in accordance with the current rules and regulations of the Doctoral Training Program (see Appendix). Accordingly, all PhD students will need to demonstrate their study progress and factual knowledge through the assessment processs at the end of the second year.

A Doktori Képzés hatályos szabályozásának megfelelően (lásd. melléklet) a PTE ETK Egészségtudományi Doktori Iskola az új, négy éves rendszerű képzésben részt vevő doktoranduszoknak komplex vizsgát szervez.
Ennek megfelelően IV. félév végén minden doktorandusz hallgatónak számot kell adnia elő-menetéről valamint tárgyi tudásáról.
The Association of Hungarian PhD and DLA Candidates (DOSZ) is overjoyed at organizing the regular annual conference in 2020 in National University of Public Service, Hungary. DOSZ is holding a multidisciplinary scientific conference labelled as the Spring Wind Conference in Budapest, between 1-3 of May 2020.

The Doctoral Student Association of the University of Pécs (PTE DOK) organizes its international multidisciplinary scientific event, namely the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Conference (IDK2020) for the ninth time from 22nd-23rd of May 2020.
